Which service is for me?
Hypnotherapy Session
Hypnotherapy sessions are 1.5 hours long and can be used for a variety of issues (for example; weight issues, lack of confidence, fears and phobias, addictions, stopping smoking, relationship problems, trouble sleeping etc).
I'll start by taking a brief history then, in hypnosis, we'll go back to the root cause of your problem. Once you understand what this is we'll change it and transform it.
After the session I will provide you with a unique audio recording for you to listen to every day for 21 days to really embed these new changes!
Sessions cost £450 and usually only one session is needed*
Transformational Recordings
These are 15-20 minute audio recordings that I personalise and tailor to meet your own unique needs.
If you don't wish to have a full hypnosis session (including regression), a transformational recording only option is available.
Each recording costs £100 and comes with some bonus materials for you to understand your mind and the area you are struggling with.
Simply email me to let me know what issue you want to work on and if it's suitable for a recording I will make you a bespoke recording for you to keep.
This method is particularly helpful for (but not limited to) issues such as; nail biting, stopping smoking, fear of flying/heights, addictions, public speaking, confidence and self-esteem).
Premium Package
This is a one to one personal package designed with you in mind!
The package is 90 days of personal, exclusive support for those ready to change their lives by regaining the confidence, self-esteem and self-belief that you were born with, that is your birth right!
The package consists of four 1.5 hour hypnosis sessions and four personalised audio recordings. You also get resources such as a journal, library of tools, and one to one support whenever you need it.
The cost for this wonderful opportunity is £1750 (payment plans may be available on request*).
